Au\u00dferdem ist es Teil des neuen Kochbuchs von Sand\u00eda Fashion, <strong>das originelle, frische und k\u00f6stliche Rezepte f\u00fcr die hei\u00dfen Monate bietet.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<h2>Zutaten f\u00fcr die Zubereitung eines Schokoladenkranzes mit Wassermelonenschaum <\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g Zartbitterschokolade<\/li>\n<li>500 g Wassermelone<\/li>\n<li>100 ml Sahneparfait<\/li>\n<li>4 Acetatfolien<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Herstellung der Krone<\/h2>\n<p>Wir <strong>schmelzen die Schokolade vorsichtig im Wasserba<\/strong>d, achten darauf, dass sie nicht anbrennt, und r\u00fchren nach und nach um, bis eine glatte Konsistenz entsteht. Auf die Acetatfolie geben wir die Schokolade und formen daraus ein feines, gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiges Gitter. Wir schneiden zwei Scheiben Wassermelone f\u00fcr die abschlie\u00dfende Dekoration ab und p\u00fcrieren den Rest.
