Diese Wassermelonen-Eis am Stiel sind ideal f\u00fcr Kinder, aber auch f\u00fcr Erwachsene, da sie den s\u00fc\u00dfen Geschmack der Frucht mit einer cremigen und sehr angenehmen Konsistenz verbinden. <\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem ist dieses Rezept f\u00fcr Wassermelonen-Eis am <strong>Stiel ganz einfach zuzubereiten und erfordert keine komplizierten Zutaten.<\/strong> Mit \u201eSand\u00eda Fashion\u201c, Apfelsaft, Sahne und einem Hauch von Farbe gelingen dir farbenfrohe, originelle und sehr appetitliche hausgemachte Eis am Stiel. <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Zutaten f\u00fcr Wassermelonen-Eis am Stiel (f\u00fcr 4 Personen)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1 Tasse Wassermelonenmark von Fashion<\/li>\n<li>150 ml Apfelsaft (aus dem Tetrapak) <\/li>\n<li>2 Essl\u00f6ffel Schlagsahne<\/li>\n<li>3 Essl\u00f6ffel Zucker<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00fcne und rote Lebensmittelfarbe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Zubereitung<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Wassermelone schneiden und in St\u00fccke zerteilen. In eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel einen halben Teel\u00f6ffel rote Lebensmittelfarbe und 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Zucker geben. Gut vermischen und die Plastik-Eisformen zu 2\/3 mit dem p\u00fcrierten Fruchtfleisch f\u00fcllen.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Wassermelone schneiden und in St\u00fccke schneiden. In eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel geben. Mit Alufolie abdecken und einen Holz-Eisst\u00e4bchen hineinstecken, sodass es ganz senkrecht steht. Anschlie\u00dfend die F\u00f6rmchen in den Gefrierschrank stellen, bis die erste Schicht fest ist. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In der Zwischenzeit vermischen wir die Sahne mit 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Zucker und 50 ml Apfelsaft. Wir nehmen die Form aus dem Gefrierschrank, entfernen die Alufolie, geben 2 Essl\u00f6ffel dieser Sahne-Mischung hinein und stellen sie wieder in den Gefrierschrank. <\/p>\n<p>Zum Abschluss der Wassermelonen-Eis am Stiel vermischen wir 100 ml Apfelsaft mit 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Zucker und einem halben Teel\u00f6ffel gr\u00fcner Lebensmittelfarbe. Wir f\u00fcllen die Form mit dieser Mischung auf und frieren sie ein, bis sie fertig zum Herausnehmen sind. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Das Ergebnis sind erfrischende, <strong>farbenfrohe
