Fashion® Watermelon Popsicles

Cut and slice the Fashion® watermelon. In a large bowl add half a teaspoon of red food colouring and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Fill the plastic ice cream moulds with the processed pulp up to 2/3 of the capacity of the mould.

Cut and slice the Fashion® watermelon. In a large bowl add half a teaspoon of red food colouring and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Fill the plastic ice cream moulds with the processed pulp up to 2/3 of the capacity of the mould.

Mix the cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar and 50 ml of apple juice.

Remove the mould from the freezer, remove the aluminium foil, add 2 tablespoons of the cream mixture and freeze again.

Mix 100 ml. of apple juice with 1 tablespoon of sugar and ½ teaspoon of green colouring. Fill the mould with this mixture and freeze until ready to unmould.
