Crush the watermelon and distribute the result in the moulds (they have to be vertical). Do not fill them to the top because you have to put the following layers. If you want to simulate the black seeds (although the Fashion does not have any) you can add some cocoa nibs (small pieces of natural roasted cocoa seeds).

Put them in the freezer until they are solid. Put the yoghurt layer on top and put back in the freezer. Crush the kiwi and put a thin layer on top of the yoghurt layer. Put the sticks in and put the ice cream back in the freezer until it is well frozen.
