Watermelon Gazpacho

  • 1 KG. OF SANDÍA FASHION.
  • 200 GRS. CUCUMBER.
  • 100 GRS. RED PEPPER.
  • 300 GRS. OF RIPE TOMATO.
  • 4 SLICES OF BREAD.
  • OIL, VINEGAR AND SALT.

Blend all the ingredients in a blender, strain through a sieve and serve chilled.
