In today&#8217;s post, we&#8217;re bringing back one of our favorite recipes that always wins: watermelon gazpacho. <\/p>\n<p>Take note of the ingredients and preparation instructions. Very simple and suitable for the whole family. <\/p>\n<h2>Watermelon gazpacho recipe<\/h2>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg of our watermelon (guaranteed flavor and seedless)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucumber<\/li>\n<li>1 green Italian pepper<\/li>\n<li>4 slices of toast<\/li>\n<li>1 clove of garlic (optional)<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp wine vinegar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Peel the watermelon (about half) and the cucumber (preferably without the seeds) and place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, lump-free, and add more toasted bread if the soup is too thin for your liking.
