I\u2019m bringing you the perfect accompaniment for your barbecues.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for grilled watermelon sauce<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 slices of <strong>Sand\u00eda Fashion<\/strong>, grilled and chopped.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup of chopped red onion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 chopped jalape\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 lime.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coriander to taste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 heaped tablespoons of mature cotija cheese.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt to taste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to make this sauce, step by step<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Step 1: Cut two thick slices of watermelon. Place the watermelon on the grill and cook on both sides for three or four minutes. Once cooked, dice the watermelon slices and place them in a bowl.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Step 2: Add the chopped jalape\u00f1o, onion and lemon juice to the bowl, and stir until all the ingredients are well combined.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Step 3: In this step, we add salt and coriander to taste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul
