It\u2019s a fun, eye-catching and delicious recipe that you can make even with the youngest members of the family. This <strong>chocolate Calimero combines the smoothness of white chocolate with the freshness of watermelon, striking the perfect balance between sweetness and lightness.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s more, this chocolate Calimero is one of the creations by chef Josu\u00e9 Rodr\u00edguez, from Restaurante Garum, featured in the Sand\u00eda Fashion recipe book. It\u2019s a <strong>creative dish reminiscent of a filled chocolate egg<\/strong>, perfect for special occasions or simply to treat yourself to something a little different. Its eye-catching presentation makes it a dessert that appeals to the eye even before you\u2019ve tasted it.   <\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients for making chocolate calimero<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 bar of white chocolate<\/li>\n<li>4 small balloons<\/li>\n<li>400 g watermelon<\/li>\n<li>200 g brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>Kiwi jelly<\/li>\n<li>Orange jelly<\/li>\n<li>Peanut butter<\/li>\n<li>Blueberries and almonds (for decoration)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparation of the dessert <\/h2>\n<p>Melt the <strong>chocolate in a bain-marie<\/strong>, stirring gently until it has a smooth consistency. Meanwhile, <strong>inflate the small balloons<\/strong>, which will serve as moulds for shaping our chocolate Calimero. Once the chocolate is ready, dip the balloons into it, ensuring the surface is well coated.  <\/p>\n<p>Place the balloons on a tray and put them in the fridge until the chocolate has set completely. Once it has set, carefully <strong>pierce the balloon and remove it<\/strong>, leaving a half-shell which will form the base of our chocolate Calimero. <\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, <strong>we prepare the compote by cooking the watermelon with the brown sugar<\/strong> until it has a smooth, slightly thick consistency. We leave it to cool before using it. <\/p>\n<p>To assemble, place a little <strong>peanut butter on the plate to secure the base, then place the chocolate shell on top<\/strong>. Fill the inside with the watermelon compote and decorate with the jelly, almonds and blueberries.  <\/p>\n<p>The <strong>result is an original, fun and flavourful chocolate calimero<\/strong>, perfect
