Purée the apples and sugar into a puree. Using a corer, we prepare the Fashion® watermelon sticks, which we coat with the chocolate sprinkles. To assemble, prepare the watermelon balls, which are cored and then stuck into the sticks. We place on the plate, in this order, a base of apple puree and on top of it the sticks, which we sprinkle with the “Petas Zetas”, to achieve a fun effect in the mouth.
