Grilled hake with watermelon, onions and mushrooms

  • 4 LOINS OR SLICES OF HAKE
  • 500 GR OF WATERMELON
  • SUGAR
  • 1 JAR OF ONIONS
  • 1 BASKET OF MUSHROOMS 80 GR

Make a watermelon jam and add the spring onions, grill the hake and sauté the mushrooms. To serve, put a dollop of watermelon jam on top of the hake and add the spring onions and mushrooms.
