Use a special spoon to make 36 watermelon pearls (9 per person) and place them on the plate forming a square.
Fry the bread in a little extra virgin olive oil. In the same frying pan, place the 1 cm thick slices of cheese and brown on both sides until toasted.
Assemble the dish by placing, in this order, the Fashion® watermelon pearls, the toasted bread, the warm and crunchy cheese and then pour the white garlic on the plate as a mirror. Garnish with drops of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the plate, the lamb’s lettuce and serve immediately.
