Grilled tuna trompe l’oeil

  • 200 GR OF FASHION WATERMELON.
  • 300 ML SOY SAUCE.
  • 100 GR OF BLACK AND WHITE SESAME.
  • ROMESCU SAUCE.

Cut the watermelon into 10 x 3 x 1.5 cm rectangles. Soak them in the soy sauce for an hour and, when you take them out, dip them in the sesame. Grill them for 10 seconds and serve with the Romescu sauce.
